Work within a busy quaternary Intensive Care Service caring for patients with complex and diverse healthcare needs.

What you'll be doing
As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver safe, person-centred and evidence-informed nursing care while working collaboratively with patients, families, carers and the broader healthcare team. You will bring your clinical judgement, organisation and communication skills to a role where every shift offers an opportunity to learn and make a difference.
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care to achieve identified patient outcomes.
Deliver quality, timely and culturally appropriate care to patients with complex health needs.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation, care plans, progress notes and referrals.
Manage competing clinical priorities and organise your workload within a dynamic acute-care environment.
Promote evidence-based practice, quality improvement and a culture of open communication and teamwork.
