ANC is looking for a Business Analyst to join our team on a parental leave cover contract until June 2027.
The role can be based either in Bella Vista, NSW or Notting Hill, VIC.
In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, define, test and implement projects that enhance ANC’s systems across people, process and technology. Your work will play a critical role in helping us achieve our strategic goals and deliver smarter, customer-focused solutions.
What are we looking for?

3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a large enterprise, with a proven track record in process and technology-based initiatives

Strong understanding of Agile & Software development principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and communicate transformational change across various organisational levels.
- Experience presenting business cases, impact analyses, and feasibility studies to senior stakeholders

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

Technologically savvy, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI

Relevant industry certifications in Business Administration, IT, or related fields

Experience working in a Transport/Logistics industry is a plus
