About the role
Joining us as a Software Developer, you will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of web, mobile, and backend applications that power key business systems. Working as part of an agile technology team, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to create scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that solve real business problems across our multi‑platform ecosystem.
What you’ll do
- Research, design, implement and manage software applications across web, mobile, and backend platforms
- Write clean, efficient, secure, and maintainable code
- Test, debug, and evaluate new and existing programs
- Identify areas for improvement in existing systems and develop enhancements
- Deploy software tools, processes, CI/CD pipelines, and metrics
- Maintain and upgrade existing applications, APIs, and ERP integrations
- Collaborate closely with developers, designers, analysts, and integration partners
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Respond to production issues and assist with root cause analysis
What you’ll bring
- 3–4+ years’ experience with React, TypeScript, SASS, Node.js / Express
- Experience building scalable backend APIs using RESTful architecture
- Experience developing cross-platform mobile applications using React Native
- Strong understanding of AWS (EC2, ECR, ECS, S3, RDS preferred)
- Solid SQL / PostgreSQL experience
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket)
- Strong understanding of core software engineering principles, clean code and API design
- Experience with Git workflows, peer reviews, and CI/CD environments
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to clearly document solutions and technical decisions
- Docker, Electron, or PHP experience desired
- Experience working with third‑party integrations such as Stripe, POS systems, or delivery platforms desired

Pay: $110,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
