What you'll be doing
As an Administration Officer Level 3, you will provide high-quality administrative support that enables the effective delivery of clinical services. Acting as the first point of contact for consumers, carers and community members, you will ensure a professional, responsive and customer-focused experience while coordinating a broad range of administrative functions within Mental Health Services.
Provide comprehensive administrative and customer service support to clinical teams and stakeholders
Coordinate unit administration, communications, records management and document preparation to support efficient service delivery
Maintain electronic health records, appointments, client information and data systems with accuracy and confidentiality
Support meetings through agenda coordination, minute taking and distribution of records and actions
Manage ordering, rostering, service requests and administrative processes while contributing to quality, WHS and continuous improvement initiatives

Holds a Certificate III in Health Administration or equivalent, or is willing to undertake this level training.
Demonstrated capacity to communicate confidently and courteously with people at all levels and a commitment to customer service.
Excellent written communication skills, and demonstrated experience producing complex documents such as meeting minutes, briefs, and reports and spread sheets.
Demonstrated experience using a variety of data, record keeping and ordering systems, computer applications and electronic health record systems.
Demonstrated initiative, organisational skills and ability to manage responsibilities within required timeframes under broad supervision.
Experience supporting clinical teams and/or the implementation of new systems in a health care or similar setting.
Hold a current driver's license valid in Australia and willingness to use for work purposes.
