What You’ll Do?
- Assist customers with eBike enquiries and sales
- Conduct product demos and test rides
- Explain features, pricing, and promotions
- Support rentals, bookings, and purchase processes
- Maintain customer records and follow-ups
- Support showroom operations and customer engagement
- Coordinate test rides, handovers, and returns
- Assist with events, marketing, and promotions
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in sustainability, cycling, or electric mobility
- Ability to work toward sales targets
- Good customer service and relationship-building skills
- Startup mindset with initiative and flexibility
- Basic marketing or social media knowledge is a plus
