We are seeking a reliable, motivated Construction Trade Assistant to join our team in Taree. Whether you have previous construction experience or are eager to step into the industry with the right attitude, this role offers hands-on variety, real-world learning, and a supportive team environment.

Site Operations: Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites, erect company signage, and manage site waste removal.
Trade & Supervisor Support: Assist supervisors with site set-outs, groundworks, manual digging, and essential labor-intensive tasks.
Logistics & Deliveries: Collect building materials from local suppliers, drop off appliances, and set up mobile scaffolding.
Carpentry & Task Tracking: Perform minor carpentry tasks, maintain an accurate daily work diary, and manage assigned job lists efficiently.
Strong Work Ethic & Fitness: A positive attitude, physical fitness for active labour-intensive work, and a genuine willingness to learn.
Reliable Communication: Ability to listen carefully to supervisors, follow instructions, and work autonomously when needed.
Safety Mindset: A strong commitment to learning and strictly following workplace health and safety (WHS) rules and regulations.
Essentials: A valid Australian Driver’s Licence is essential.
