We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organised Concierge / Administration Assistant to join our team in the heart of the Adelaide CBD. They must be enthusiastic and passionate about customer service, feel comfortable engaging with business like people and develop skills to promote our space. University students encouraged to apply.
- Always well-groomed and professionally presented
- Answering phone & assist with bookings
- Good level of computer proficiency
- Communication skills (written and verbal)
- Troubleshooting skills
- Touring potential clients and helping onboard new tenants
- Ability to work well within a team, but also independently
- Background in administration
- Onsite parking
- Clear pathways for progression within the business
We are looking for someone to work 19 to 30 hours on a weekly basis.
Supplemental pay types:
Experience:
- Previous administration or reception experience (highly regarded)

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift- half day shifts available for the right candidate
- Day shift (9:00am to 5:00pm)
- Monday to Friday
