The opportunity
We are looking for a proactive Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our office. This is a pivotal role — you will work closely with our advisers / business owners and support team to ensure the practice runs efficiently, compliantly, and with an exceptional client experience at the centre of everything we do.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and manage administrative workflows to support advisers and client service staff
- Lead, mentor, and performance-manage the client services team, fostering a positive and high-performing culture
- Support the practice’s Responsible Managers with their AFSL compliance activities, including maintaining registers, coordinating audits, and assisting with licensee reporting and documentation
- Manage practice technology platforms including Revex and Plutosoft, optimising systems and processes for efficiency
- Manage supplier relationships and business reporting to the directors
- Support strategic initiatives and contribute to the continued growth and development of the practice
About you
- Experience in a practice management or senior operations role within a financial planning or professional services environment
- Willingness to develop people leadership skills ideally with experience managing and developing a small team
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency with Xplan and/or Plutosoft, and the Microsoft Office suite
- A relevant tertiary qualification in business, finance, or a related field is desirable but not essential

Pay: $110,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
