Complete Care Team aims to provide a holistic model of attendant care support services to people in our communities with a range of diverse support needs. We cover all aspects of our client’s needs – the physical, emotional, spiritual and social – to promote wellness. Our highly respected company was established in 1999 to provide a quality, home based person centered service to support our clients in meeting their goals.
We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to join our friendly team at our Blaxland office in the lower Blue Mountains. This position involves all aspects of recruiting field staff to work with our clients. This includes initial contact with applicants, organising and interviewing applicants and processing applications.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
Pay is commensurate with candidate’s skills, qualifications and years of experience.
Essential criteria
- Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to identify and prioritise time sensitive tasks
- High level communication skills and be confident communication with language diverse staff and clients
- Have a positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team
- Be familiar with all Microsoft Office and Zoom meetings
- Rostering experience preferred
This role has been identified as a risk assessed role and as such a WWCC and NDIS worker screening check is required for the successful applicant.
Training in our processes will be provided, however applicants with experience in recruitment or administration, will be highly considered.
