ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role you will be joining a collaborative development team, led by experienced leadership and play a play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional residential communities. We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and relationship‑driven Development Manager to lead the successful delivery from concept through to completion.
- Be part of the journey from concept to completion on iconic multi-residential developments
- Shape the vision through compelling project and design briefs
- Drive performance by monitoring project timelines, budgets, and key milestones
- Collaborate with the best consultants, authorities, and internal teams to achieve exceptional outcomes
- Champion great design through reviews and presentations and sample sign-offs
- Supporting marketing material, project collateral and sales documentation
- Steer commercial success by preparing contracts, agreements and managing variations
- Stay close to the action, tracking on-site progress and ensuring quality at every stage
- Lead smooth project close‑out, from incomplete works through to defect management
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams, partners, suppliers and consultants
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience as a Development Manager or a similar project management or architectural role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- A degree in Property Economics, Architecture, Design or related field is preferred
- Excellent organisational ability with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and lead complex projects with confidence.
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and commitment to excellence.
