We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Membership Consultant to join our team at PARC. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, manage their time effectively, and handle a variety of customer-facing and administrative tasks while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.
As the face of the club, you’ll play a key part in delivering an exceptional experience to both members and visitors, ensuring every interaction reflects our facility's commitment to quality and community.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet members, providing a welcoming club experience
- Respond to phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally
- Book and manage leads, including conducting engaging club tours
- Handle data entry within ClubFit and maintain accurate records
- Understand and contribute to KPI strategies and outcomes
- Deliver basic sales presentations and convert leads into memberships
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve enquiries effectively
- Complete ad hoc duties and club maintenance as required
- Support with reporting and administrative tasks - CM + staff
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales and customer service experience
- Strong customer service and data entry skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Keen attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Genuine interest and knowledge of the fitness industry
- Professional, presentable, and reliable work manner
