About the role
Permanent full-time opportunity to lead and coordinate HVAC maintenance services, ensuring the safe, efficient and compliant operation of hospital infrastructure. You will manage maintenance activities, contractors and asset performance, provide technical advice, and drive continuous improvement to support reliable healthcare delivery.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Plan, manage and deliver HVAC maintenance activities to meet operational and compliance requirements
Coordinate inspection, audit and reporting of HVAC and air quality systems, including duct cleaning programs
Provide technical advice on asset condition, maintenance planning and lifecycle management.
Identify, monitor and manage risks, maintaining registers and recommending corrective actions.
