Structure Site Supervisor – High-Rise & Commercial Construction

Structure Site Supervisors play a critical role in large-scale construction projects such as high-rise buildings, commercial developments, and major infrastructure works. They oversee structural construction stages including formwork, steel reinforcement, and concrete delivery to ensure safe and precise building execution.
What You’ll Do?
- Supervise all structural works (formwork, steel fixing, concrete pours)
- Coordinate daily site operations for structural stages
- Manage site crews, subcontractors, and labour teams
- Ensure work follows structural drawings and engineering plans
- Monitor quality and structural integrity of all works
- Enforce WHS safety standards on site
- Plan sequencing of structural stages (slabs, columns, beams)
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and consultants
- Inspect completed works before handover to following trades
- Resolve on-site construction and technical issues quickly
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong background in formwork, carpentry, or structural construction
- Experience in high-rise or large commercial projects
- Ability to read structural drawings and plans
- Strong leadership and site coordination skills
- Knowledge of concrete and steel construction systems
- Strong understanding of WHS and site safety standards
- Ability to work in fast-paced construction environments
