Job Description : Key Responsibilities
- Design enterprise scale Appian applications, including process models, interfaces, data models, integrations, and security.
- Contribute to and evolve the enterprise vision and standards for the Appian platform.
- Translate business requirements into HLDs and LLDs aligned with Westpac architecture and governance frameworks.
- Lead solution design activities across Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Provide technical leadership through design reviews, solution assurance, and developer guidance.Skills :
Essential Experience & Skills
- 8+ years Appian experience covering solution design and hands on development.
- Proven history of designing enterprise applications on the Appian platform.
- Demonstrated experience in solution design / architecture roles, preferably within financial institutions.
- Appian Senior Developer certification (version 23.x or newer).
- Appian Lead Developer certification (version 23.x or newer).
- Proven integration experience across legacy systems and cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of Appian best practices, security model, and performance tuning.
- Ability to deliver in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage a wide range of stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity, drive clarity, and deliver results.
