Position: Section Waiter – Fine Dining
Negotiable pay based on experience and competency + weekend loading and great tips
We are seeking only the most accomplished front-of-house professionals to join our team. This is not an entry-level role. The ideal candidate will be a confident, polished, and self-sufficient waiter capable of owning their section completely — managing every table, turn, and guest interaction independently, and handling large groups and events without the need for hand-holding.
You will be expected to command your section with precision, anticipate guest needs before they arise, and uphold Pendolino's reputation for exceptional service from the moment a guest is seated to the moment they leave.
You will be the right fit if you:
- Have proven, verifiable fine dining experience in a comparable restaurant environment
- Can independently manage a full section during a busy service without supervision
- Are experienced in coordinating and delivering seamless service for groups and special occasions
- Carry yourself with professionalism, composure, and genuine hospitality at all times
- Have a thorough knowledge of Italian cuisine, wine, and food and beverage pairing
- Are reliable, punctual, and a strong team player who leads by example
