An exciting Melbourne restaurant group is gearing up to open a brand-new seafood destination in St Kilda - and we're looking for a Head Chef who's ready to make it unforgettable. This isn't just a kitchen role. You'll lead our flagship seafood opening while playing a key part in overseeing operations across our beloved venues - Meatworks Co in South Melbourne and Pino Pinelli in Collingwood. It's a big role for someone with big ambitions.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience working with seafood (this is non-negotiable)
- A genuine passion for food and the people behind it
- A hard-working, honest approach - no egos, just great food
- Leadership experience and the ability to inspire a team
- Someone who thrives under pressure and loves the buzz of a busy kitchen
The role:
- Lead the launch and ongoing operations of our new St Kilda seafood restaurant
- Support and oversee culinary operations across the group
- Work closely with ownership to shape menus and kitchen culture
