Position:
We are seeking for a experienced Contract Administrator to join our team at Sydney 2000 NSW.
A Contract Administrator at Combined Loans would primarily be responsible for administering commercial contracts associated with the company's operations, including supplier agreements, service contracts, procurement arrangements, property leases, and contracts relating to the acquisition and sale of goods. The role would focus on ensuring contractual compliance, maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, and supporting the efficient operation of the business.
As a Contract Administrator, your main tasks will be, but not limited to:
· Administer contracts throughout their full lifecycle, from commencement to completion.
· Prepare, review, and maintain contractual documentation, quotations, purchase orders, and project records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
· Coordinate and monitor contractor performance, reporting on work progress, variations, and amendments to work orders.
· Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with agreed terms, conditions, and project requirements.
· Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders, contract amendments, and variation documentation.
· Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate effective contract administration.
· Maintain the confidentiality of commercial, financial, and contractual information.
· Manage document control systems and maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic records and project documentation.
· Monitor project costs and assist with budget tracking, cost reporting, and financial administration.
· Coordinate contractual and project documentation to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
· Ensure all contract administration activities are undertaken in accordance with company policies, procedures, and quality management systems.
· Identify and implement opportunities to enhance administrative processes, improve reporting accuracy, and increase operational efficiency.
Education & Previous Experience required:
- Tertiary certification in the same role or co-related roles,
- At least one year of equivalent industry in the same role or co-related roles

Job Details:
- Salary: $80,00 per year + superannuation
- Position: full-time permanent
- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm
- 38 hours per week
- Work Location: In person
