What We Are Looking For
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable junior team member to join us as an All-Rounder. This role is all about energy and versatility—you are the face of the café, making sure our customers leave with a smile.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Some basic retail, fast-food, or café experience is highly preferred, but a fantastic attitude is the most important thing!
- Attitude: Positive, energetic, and eager to learn.
- Skills: A natural smile, excellent communication, and a love for helping people.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and a great team player who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing friendly front-of-house service (greeting customers, taking orders, and running food/drinks to tables).
- Processing payments accurately at the counter.
- Clearing and wiping down tables to keep the dining area looking immaculate.
- Helping with basic food prep, restocking, and keeping the café clean and tidy.
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen and espresso team to keep things running smoothly.
