Production Labourers – Immediate Start

Monday to Friday - 7:00am – 3:30pm
$31.18 - $32.32 per hour
Phoenix Source & Select is currently seeking reliable Production Labourers to join a well established manufacturing company based in Smithfield.
These are ongoing, casual opportunities with full time hours, working within a busy production environment. No previous manufacturing experience is required as full training will be provided. We are looking for people with the right attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to learn and develop new skills.
Working as part of a close knit production team, you will be trained in the operation of CNC machinery and hot press equipment used in the manufacturing process. You will also assist with assembly work, material handling, quality inspections, machine operation and general production duties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operating CNC machinery following full training
- Assisting with hot press operations
- Manufacturing and assembling products to specification
- Conducting quality checks on finished products
- Loading, unloading and moving materials throughout the production area
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Working collaboratively within a production team to meet daily targets
What We're Looking For:
- Reliable and punctual attendance Monday to Friday
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Good attention to detail
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
- Previous manufacturing, labouring or machine operating experience is advantageous but not essential
