Main Responsibility:
● Food preparation including meat and vegetables
● Beef stock preparation for the day
● Cooking food including fresh handle pulled noodle and dumplings
● Preparing food per customer orders and requirements, including dietary needs
● Maintaining the restaurants compliance and food quality and safety
● Maintaining the kitchen’s presentation
● Maintaining kitchen’s cost and budget
● Assisting the chef for menu adjustments, staff rostering and inventory planning as needed
● Placing meal in bowels and on plates, and adding beef stock and garnishes
● Storing foodstuff in refrigerators
● Training kitchen staff as required
Requirement:
● Minimum one-year professional experience at hand pulled noodle making
● Minimum one-year full time experience in a professional kitchen
● Focused on improving quality & presentation
● Team player
● Able to work independently
● CAN DO attitude
● Adaptive and able to think on your feet
● Bilingual skills are a plus (English and Chinese preferred)
