Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organised Office Manager/Executive Assistant to join our team in Sydney. This permanent, full-time role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing high-level support to our executives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing productivity and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:

Manage daily office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient workplace.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, events and meeting coordination.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring all resources are readily available.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports as required.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships.
- Act as the “face” of the office for visitors and employees
- Ensuring employees feel welcome in their early days including running first day inductions for new starters
- Provide oversight and coordination across interstate offices
- Liaise with local office managers across other sites to provide support as required
- Support internal communications and company-wide updates
- Maintain asset registers and office inventories
- Ensure facilities are safe, compliant, and well-maintained, including full ownership of WHS responsibilities across the Head office and all other office sites.
- Provide ad hoc project and administrative support to ELT
- Plan and deliver engagement activities (e.g. seasonal competitions, EOFY/Christmas events, team challenges)
- Coordinate recognition initiatives (birthdays, milestones, awards support)
- Support delivery of national engagement programs and P&C initiatives
- Partner with P&C to promote culture, participation, and morale
- Contribute ideas to continuously improve employee experience
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant, preferably within the HR sector.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A relevant qualification in business administration or a related field is preferred
