The Role
You will have a solid background in Program Management and have demonstrated expertise in delivering and installing both technology and business solutions. Most importantly, you will have the ability to work collaboratively and develop relationships with stakeholders.
Working closely with the COO, you will be comfortable operating at a strategic level, whilst also being happy to 'roll up the sleeves' and pick up hands-on delivery responsibilities if required. You will have the ability to build out a team to support you, leveraging internal resources where possible and bringing in specialist talent when needed.
In this role, it is imperative for the successful candidate to have technical skills, with demonstrable experience working on Program Lifecycle Management (ideally at both a Program and Project level) as well as experience in the Data Analytics, Cloud, Automation.
In addition, you will need strong soft skills; particularly negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management. You will be required to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across multiple business units, aligning their objectives to those of the program and clearly communicating whether or not they align.
Overarching Responsibility
- To plan, oversee and where appropriate, direct the resources associated with enterprise level rollouts.
- To oversee the GAP analysis process for new markets
- To oversee project planning activities and assist with risk analysis and mitigation strategies.
- To be the senior point of contact for project related matters associated with enterprise rollouts
- To have overall responsibility over the success of enterprise rollouts.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Program Manager or Director
- Experience setting up and running Digital Programs essential
- Experience working on Technology Enablement programs, particularly around Data.
- Experience working on Program Lifecycle Management
- Exceptional soft skills, particularly influencing and negotiation skills
This permanent full time position is available immediately. Applicants will need to have the capability to be based at our North Lakes head office, situated on the North side of Brisbane.
