CBC are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyperson to support our facilities operations across multiple sites throughout Victoria (metro and regional).
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working across different environments.
Key Responsibilities:

General building maintenance and repairs
- Basic carpentry, painting, patching, and joinery work
- Perform regular service walkthroughs to identify maintenance needs across multiple sites.
- Assisting licensed trades with general labour or minor works.
- Liaising with subcontractors and supporting job coordination
- Quoting minor works and completing basic admin tasks
- Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and in accordance with company and client standards.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and service materials in clean, safe working order.
- Record works completed through maintenance management systems or service logs.
- Provide responsive support for urgent repairs as required.
About You:
- Previous experience in general maintenance / handyperson role
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working across multiple sites and contracts
Requirements:

National Police Check or willing to obtain
- Drivers licence
- WHS/OHS Induction Card – Desirable
- Trade qualification – Desirable
