About the Role
In this full-time, Monday to Friday role, you'll join a fun, experienced team delivering exceptional customer service and expert product advice. You'll manage inbound enquiries, process orders, prepare quotes, and proactively follow up sales opportunities while building strong customer relationships and growing existing accounts. Responsibilities
Manage inbound phone, email and trade counter enquiries, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.
Grow sales through customer follow-up, account development, outbound prospecting and promotional campaigns.
Prepare quotes, process orders and manage opportunities using Salesforce, SAP and related systems.
Build strong customer relationships, provide product advice, and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Work closely with sales, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment and outstanding customer outcomes.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service and sales, including inbound/outbound calls and upselling.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
Ability to prioritise and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Confident using Microsoft Office, CRM and ERP systems, with a willingness to learn and grow.
