Responsibilities and Duties
- Precision Brow Styling: Perform expert brow threading, waxing, and shaping.
- Advanced Tinting: Application of henna, hybrid dye, and standard tinting.
- Lash & Brow Enhancements: Perform professional lash lifts and brow laminations.
- Skin Treatments: Administer basic waxing and advanced skin treatments (e.g., LED therapy).
- Client Consultation: Provide personalized aftercare advice and product recommendations.
- Studio Excellence: Maintain a clean, hygienic, and welcoming workstation in line with WIP standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our management team to ensure seamless daily operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in brow threading/shaping (preferred).
- Certificate III or IV in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
- Reliability and a commitment to the "WIP" brand values.
- Hourly Rate: $25 per hour (commensurate with experience and award rates).
