400 Gradi is looking for passionate and professional Front of House staff to join our team!
This role is a casual position for hospitality professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to be part of a vibrant, award-winning team at our Eastlands location.
Required
- Minimum 1 year experience in a front-of-house / bar role
- RSA certification or willing to get shortly after starting
- Immediate start
- Must be available for Friday and Saturday shifts (essential)
- Flexibility to work additional weekday shifts as needed
Salary
- Casual RIA Award – Grade 2: $32.31 / hour
Location – Eastlands, VIC
The Front of House role
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting the restaurant team, and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. The role involves taking orders, running food and drinks, assisting at the bar, and maintaining high service standards.

You will need
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in a floor or bar role
- RSA certification or willing to get shortly after starting
- Availability for Friday & Saturday shifts (essential), plus flexibility for other shifts as required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Professional grooming and presentation
