Experience leading complex training, education or workforce capability initiatives
Strong project management skills with the ability to balance priorities, timelines and risks
Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills
A collaborative leadership style that fosters innovation, accountability and team success
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have a qualification in project management, education, training or a related field and/or a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
