What You’ll Do
As a Team Member or Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in creating the warm, premium Koko Black experience our guests love. Depending on your role, you’ll:

Deliver genuine, high-energy service and hospitality

Create a beautiful store environment through premium product presentation

Support the daily flow of store operations with positivity and pace

Help with onboarding and training new team members (Supervisors)

Lead zones of the shift and keep the team motivated (Supervisors)

Bring your availability and reliability – especially during key trade times!
