You're an enthusiastic and approachable trainer who enjoys helping others succeed. You have a strong hospitality background, excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for developing people. Whether you're delivering formal training or coaching team members on the job, you're committed to building capability and maintaining high service standards.

Demonstrated hospitality experience (Essential)
-
Current Driver Licence with the ability to drive on Queensland roads (Essential)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Previous supervisory or workplace training experience (Highly regarded)

Certificate III in Hospitality Operations or equivalent (Preferred)

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or similar qualification (Preferred)

A positive attitude, attention to detail and the flexibility to work a rotating roster
