Business Analyst | Data & Reporting

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Data Analytics, Reporting Systems, and System Integration expertise to support the delivery of a significant data collection and reporting transformation initiative.
This project will deliver a new enterprise-wide data collection and reporting solution, integrate with existing operational systems, support user adoption through training, and oversee the transition from legacy platforms.
About the Role
You will play a key role in the design and implementation of a new reporting and data collection system, working closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement activities
- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements
- Develop user stories, functional specifications, wireframes, and screen mock-ups
- Create and maintain business process maps and workflow documentation
- Analyse complex data sources and system integration requirements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and product owners
- Develop system integration specifications
- Assist with data migration, system transition, and decommissioning activities
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering Reporting, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related system projects
- Proven experience providing Business Analysis and/or Functional Analysis services in Agile environments
- Strong experience documenting business and functional requirements
- Demonstrated experience capturing requirements for complex, multi-system and multi-data-source environments
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Experience leading workshops and facilitating requirements-gathering sessions
- Proven ability to work directly with business users, technical teams, and product owners
- Advanced Excel and SQL skills
- Experience producing system integration specifications
- Experience supporting solution showcases, testing, and UAT activities
- Understanding of secure data transfer concepts and mechanisms

- Experience working with healthcare-related systems and data
- Understanding of clinical, operational, or reporting environments
- Experience delivering projects involving complex system integrations
