Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Part-Time appointment setter to join our team in Ingleburn. The successful candidate will play a key role in generating sales leads by making outbound calls to potential customers. The ideal applicant will have a persuasive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for environmental sustainability. Hours will be between 10 - 20 hours per week. This can be discussed during interview.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to potential leads to introduce them to Make Good Make Green's products and services.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and value of our eco-friendly solutions to prospective clients.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer questions and overcome objections.
- Record customer information, including reactions to products offered, and update the database with all call activities.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers when necessary.
- Achieve and exceed assigned targets for call volume and lead generation.
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on product or company policy changes.
- Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or training in sales or marketing will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive telephone manner.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and call center systems.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) practices.
- Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting clients.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
