Biparn Pty Ltd is seeking motivated and reliable Security Officers, Security Guards, and Commercial Cleaners to join our team in Karratha, Western Australia. These are full-time positions offering stable employment and career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Security Officers / Guards:
- Monitor and patrol assigned sites to ensure safety and security
- Control access to premises and verify identification
- Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
- Prepare incident reports and maintain records
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors
Commercial Cleaners:
- Perform general commercial cleaning (offices, sites, facilities)
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and waste disposal
- Cleaning of amenities including kitchens and restrooms
- Use and maintain cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Skills and Experience Required:
- Relevant qualifications (Security Licence for security roles)
- Previous experience in security or commercial cleaning preferred
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends if required
Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
