We are a growing Sydney-based tiling and fitout company looking for a reliable and proactive Site Coordinator to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone with construction experience who can communicate confidently in both English and Mandarin/Chinese, coordinate between builders and trades, and help projects run smoothly on-site.
Responsibilities
- Attend construction sites and liaise with builders and site managers
- Relay site instructions and updates to our tiling and fitout teams
- Coordinate and organise materials for upcoming projects
- Deliver materials to sites using company vehicle
- Monitor and manage material deliveries
- Assist with scheduling labour and site activities
- Check site progress and report issues to management
- Ensure teams have the correct drawings and information
- Help maintain site organisation and workflow
Requirements
- Experience in construction, tiling, fitout, or related industries
- Mandarin/Chinese speaking preferred
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Driver’s licence required
- Able to work independently and solve problems on-site
- Ability to read drawings is an advantage
