At Concentric, we don’t expect you to have it all figured out, we’re here to help you build your confidence, find your feet clinically and become the OT you want to be with our amazing onboarding program to set you up for success from day one.
Our Revesby team is looking for a New Graduate or Early Career Occupational Therapist who is curious, compassionate and excited to learn.
Whether you're fresh out of university or have a little experience under your belt, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians, build your skills and make a genuine difference to the lives of your clients.
What You'll Be Doing:
This isn't a role where every day looks the same.
You'll work in a hybrid working model across clinic and community settings, supporting NDIS participants and community clients to achieve meaningful goals, build independence and get more out of everyday life.
Why Revesby?
Our modern Revesby clinic is right in the heart of the Revesby Business Hub, with plenty around you to make your workday a little more enjoyable.

- Right next to Revesby Train Station
- A mix of clinic and community-based work: no two days are exactly the same
- A welcoming multidisciplinary team who love to collaborate and support each other
- A social calendar packed with Escape Rooms, Paint & Snack nights, Fun Fridays, team lunches and our annual Minute-to-Win-It competition!
You'll be supported to:
- Complete functional assessments and develop individualised therapy plans
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions
- Work with clients and their families through education and coaching
- Build your confidence managing your own caseload
- Collaborate with experienced OTs and a broader multidisciplinary team
- Develop your clinical reasoning and professional skills
- Take part in regular mentoring, supervision and peer learning
- Gradually build your independence while always having support around you
No one expects you to know everything on day one. You'll have a team around you to ask questions, bounce ideas off and learn from every step of the way.

Because doing meaningful work is even better when you love where you work.
- Competitive salary + super + professional development allowance
