The Opportunity
This is a key leadership position responsible for driving performance, consistency, and quality across multiple outlets in a fast-paced environment. You will play a critical role in safeguarding brand integrity while delivering exceptional food experiences at scale.
What You'll Be Doing:

Lead and oversee all kitchen operations across the three retail outlets

Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency aligned with established brand standards

Drive operational efficiency, managing labour, stock, and food costs effectively
-
Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and WHS regulations
-
Mentor, develop, and inspire a high-performing kitchen team

Collaborate closely with front-of-house leadership to deliver seamless, customer-focused service

Monitor performance metrics and implement initiatives to improve commercial outcomes
What You'll Bring:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or senior multi-site kitchen leader in a high-volume environment

Strong background working with recognised or premium food brands

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple outlets or large-scale operations
-
Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for team development and culture

Strong commercial acumen with a focus on cost control and efficiency
-
Deep understanding of food safety standards and compliance requirements
-
A hands-on, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure

Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
-
Willing to work a range of shifts including lunch and dinner as required

Available to work across any of the 7 days a week including nights, weekends and public holidays
