The Senior IT Business Partner is a customer engagement leader, providing a proactive conduit between the business and IT Services to optimise relations, facilitate the management of service demands, and assess opportunities for service improvements and advancements (such as digitalisations).
The role identifies, conveys and facilitates the IT support needs of the various client groups across Parliament, including the Members and their offices and promotes user-centric technology practices, increasing the value realised from ICT assets, investments and capabilities.
The role also delivers training and outreach programs and provides business analysis and strategic insights into customer experience trends.

About you
In this role you will need to have a sound background in stakeholder engagement and customer relations management. You will need to have experience in digital service delivery in a complex and decentralised environment. A demonstrated technical knowledge across workplace technologies, digital platforms (e.g. Microsoft 365) and ITIL service delivery principles. Demonstrated experience delivering training, conducting user outreach, and supporting change management
Essential Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business, Communications or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability and willingness to travel to regional and remote locations within NSW to work with users and stakeholders.
