Customer Service & Administration Assistant – Part-Time
We’re a small, family-run business at Bosch Car Service Melton, and we’re looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated person to join our team and help with customer service and day-to-day admin.
It’s a hands-on role where you’ll be dealing with customers, answering calls, managing bookings and helping keep things organised around the office.
What you’ll be doing
- Answering customer calls and enquiries
- Booking cars in for servicing and repairs
- Responding to emails and customer enquiries
- Helping with invoicing and basic admin
- Updating customer and booking information
- Following up with customers when required
- Helping with general day-to-day office tasks
- Making sure our customers receive friendly and helpful service
What we’re looking for
More than anything, we’re looking for someone who is good with people and has the right attitude.
- Friendly, patient and confident dealing with customers
- Comfortable talking to people over the phone
- Motivated and willing to learn
- Reliable, organised and punctual
- Able to stay calm and helpful when things get busy
- Comfortable using computers, email and basic office systems
- Previous customer service or admin experience would be helpful
- Knowledge of cars or previous automotive experience would be a bonus, but it’s definitely not essential
We’re happy to teach the right person. For us, attitude, customer service skills, patience and reliability are more important than automotive experience.
About the role
- Immediate start available
- Part-time – approximately 20–25 hours per week
- Based at our workshop in Melton
