The role of Property Inspector will include:
- Collecting and returning keys from various agencies across the Perth area.
- Thoroughly documenting properties through photography, these include, Property Condition Reports, Routine & Final Bond Inspections.
- Providing detailed voice recordings, transcribed by a third party.
- Utilizing various app-based programs for property inspections.
- Timely upload of reports and photos from the comfort of your home.
- Representing our company with professionalism and delivering high-quality reports.

Skills and experience:
The ideal candidate, while receiving comprehensive training, should possess the following:
- Proficiency in working with technology.
- Effective time management abilities.
- iPhone with a recent IOS
- Reliable motor vehicle and valid driver's license.
- Home computer equipped with Microsoft Office and unlimited fast internet.
- Must have previous Property Management experience.
Pay: $700.00 – $1,500.00 per week
