We are seeking a female support worker, aged approximately 30–50 years to meet the participant's preferences. Support worker must be reliable, compassionate and experienced, assisting our clients in Blakehurst & Kogarah.

Thursday 9:00am -5:00pm
Client - Active female over 60 with early onset of alzheimer, arthritis and asthma
Key Duties
*Supporting the client to engage in social and community activities
*Providing companionship and encouraging community involvement
*Assisting with household cleaning and maintaining a tidy environment (includes making bed )
*Preparing and assisting with healthy meals
*Following the client’s support plan and maintaining professional boundaries
*Always ensuring the client’s safety and dignity
4 Hours Every 2nd Sunday Starting 02/08/26
Location: Kogarah NSW
Client - Female Psychosocial
Key Duties
*Supporting the client to engage in social and community activities
*Providing companionship and encouraging community involvement
*Following the client’s support plan and maintaining professional boundaries
*Always ensuring the client’s safety and dignity
Requirements
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* First Aid and CPR certificate
* Police check
* Current Australian Drivers Licence with reliable car
* Certificate and experience in disability or aged care support
* Friendly, professional and dependable
*Strong English communication skills required (spoken and written), with the ability to engage in clear, respectful conversations with client and their support networks.
Virtual Meet & Greet, followed by Meet & Greet with client.
