At Three Anchors, we are a busy beachside venue that is popular with locals and tourists alike. We are situated in one of the state's premier food and wine regions and work with local suppliers whenever possible.
We are open for breakfast and lunch seven days per week - no night work required other than occasional function work!
We are seeking a qualified chef and/or experienced cook to join our team. This position requires cooking and plating during busy breakfast and lunch services as well as food preparation in accordance with developed recipes, maintaining food safety requirements and general day to day kitchen requirements. The successful applicant must demonstrate sufficient experience working in a busy kitchen environment while maintaining a high quality standard, with knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene. An understanding of food costing and minimisation of wastage will be an advantage. The applicant will be able to manage a pass during a busy service and supervise junior team members to ensure consistency of quality, both during service and preparation.
Formal chef qualifications with a minimum of 2 years experience in a busy venue is required, or demonstrated equivalent experience.
Daytime weekend availability is a must.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
