Baker Position — Gathered Bakers
Gathered Bakers is a community focused micro bakery in Chapel Hill, Brisbane. Our bread offering includes 100% sourdough, semi-sourdough and yeast-raised breads.
We’re seeking a qualified baker full time baker working 5 days a week including at least one weekend shift a week.
What we’re looking for:
- A baking qualification/professional experience working with sourdough and deck ovens
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail and consistency
- Someone who can work independently and takes pride in their craft
- High skill level in dough mixing, shaping, cutting and handling
- Comfortable with early starts/own reliable transport (shifts typically 3am–11am or 4am–12pm)
