Digital Marketing Specialist
Ozcare is continuing to strengthen its digital capability to support our growing organisation and the people we serve. We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our digital channels and platforms, ensuring they are effective, user‑centred and aligned to Ozcare’s purpose and brand.
This role is ideal for an experienced digital specialist who enjoys managing end‑to‑end digital activity, working independently, and bringing a structured, organised approach that gives leaders confidence that digital performance, content and campaigns are being actively managed and continuously improved.
Reporting to the Head of Brand and Communications, you’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance Ozcare’s digital presence, engagement and impact.
About the role
As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing Ozcare’s digital platforms and marketing activity, ensuring our websites, campaigns and digital channels effectively support clients, staff and the wider community.
Your role will cover strategy, execution and optimisation across a broad digital portfolio.
Digital Strategy & Platform Management
Supporting the development and implementation of Ozcare’s digital strategy
Managing Ozcare’s digital platforms, including websites, intranet and digital communication tools
Ensuring digital content aligns with organisational priorities, brand guidelines and communication standards
Website & Content Management
Maintaining and updating Ozcare’s corporate, hospital and retirement living websites via WordPress
Ensuring website content is accurate, accessible, user‑friendly and up to date
Working with internal teams to publish service information, updates and campaign content
Monitoring website performance and user experience to identify improvement opportunities
Coordinating website enhancements with CX designers, developers and technical teams
Digital Marketing, SEO & SEM
Developing and managing digital campaigns to promote Ozcare’s services, programs and initiatives
Managing email marketing and digital communications to key audiences
Supporting SEO and SEM initiatives to improve visibility, traffic and engagement
Working with external agencies to plan, manage and optimise paid digital activity
Monitoring campaign performance, budgets and outcomes, and recommending improvements
Social Media & Digital Communities
Managing Ozcare’s social media channels and digital communities
Supporting the creation of engaging digital content aligned to the Ozcare brand
Monitoring social engagement and responding appropriately to enquiries and feedback
Analytics, Reporting & Optimisation
Tracking and analysing digital performance including website traffic, campaign results and engagement metrics
Preparing regular reports that inform decision‑making and continuous improvement
Using insights to enhance user experience and digital effectiveness
Collaboration, Brand & Governance
Working closely with Brand and Communications, Marketing, Service teams and external partners
Ensuring all digital activity complies with accessibility standards, privacy requirements and Ozcare policy
Monitoring digital channels for reputational risk and escalating issues when required
Maintaining content governance and approval processes to protect brand integrity
About you
You’re a confident, detail‑focused digital marketing professional who enjoys taking ownership and responsibility for digital performance. You’re comfortable working autonomously, while keeping stakeholders informed and assured that digital activity is well managed.
You’ll bring:
Proven experience managing websites, digital platforms and digital marketing campaigns
Strong knowledge of CMS platforms, email marketing tools and analytics
Experience supporting SEO and SEM activity, including performance reporting
- Experience using the WordPress platform

Excellent organisational and project management skills
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
Confidence working with internal teams, developers, designers and external agencies
A genuine commitment to quality, usability and continuous improvement
Alignment to Ozcare’s purpose, values and client‑focused approach
A tertiary qualification in Digital Marketing, Communications or a related discipline is highly regarded.
