An opportunity has become available to join our Teamas an Apprentice Gardener.
- Up to 5 days per week Monday to Friday
- No Weekend work
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Gardener to join our team and complete a Certificate III in Parks & Gardens. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while learning from a skilled and supportive crew.
About the role:
As an Apprentice Gardener, you’ll work across a wide variety of residential and commercial properties. You will learn and develop practical skills in:
- Lawn care and mowing (push, ride-on & zero-turn)
- Whipper snipping
- Hedge trimming and pruning
- Planting, mulching, and garden bed maintenance
- Weed and pest control
- Turf laying and repair
- Safe use and maintenance of tools and equipment
What we’re looking for:
- A genuine interest in gardening and horticulture
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor work
- Current driver’s licence (or working towards it) preferred
- Hard working
- Have the ability to listen and following direction
- Good communication skills
- Well presented
