The Opportunity
We are currently seeking Production Team Members to support our expanding operations.
In this hands-on role, reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for a range of production activities including general labouring, manual handling, and operating hand and power tools. You will play a key role in ensuring quality outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Hourly rate: $30 – $40 per hour
About You
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a production, manufacturing, or similar environment
- Trade qualification (desirable) or equivalent hands-on experience
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Reliable, proactive and strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Willingness to undertake pre-employment drug & alcohol testing and functional capacity assessment
