Job Summary
As a service technician for our company you will be required to:
- Attend service calls to complete repairs and installations of domestic dishwashers
- Provide technical support to customers
- Complete workshop repairs
- Document appliance details, work performed and parts used at each service call.
- Sell new dishwashers to customers.
- Lift and move Dishwasher units.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
On the job training / upskilling will be provided to the successful applicant.
To be considered for this position you will require the following:
- Desirable - Electrical and mechanical aptitude with previous experience repairing whitegoods
- Current Australian Drivers Licence
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self Motivation
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Planning and organisational skills
- Police Clearance
- Fit and Healthy as lifting is involved.
