ABOUT THE ROLE
Permanent | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Flexible Location
Responsible for valuing, researching, inspecting, and assessing a wide range of heavy industrial assets, including trucks, trailers, earthmoving equipment, agricultural machinery, and mining assets. The employees pricing and valuations will directly support sales, deal proposals, asset purchases and asset management decisions. This role offers flexibility in location. The key responsibilities are:
- Research market trends, auction results, and comparable sales to support accurate and competitive asset pricing, buy prices and valuations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of equipment specifications and market dynamics
- Provide timely and accurate pricing support to the sales network
- Record and maintain accurate research documents which will be available to the wider sales team to assist in their proposals
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Strong knowledge of industrial assets, including trucks, trailers, construction, mining and agricultural equipment
- Excellent analytical and research skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel interstate as required
