We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at our Hurricane's Grill, Brighton Le Sands restaurant — and this is your chance to be part of something exciting in one of Sydney's most iconic locations.
What You'll Be Doing
As our Restaurant Supervisor, you'll be right in the action, helping lead the team and making sure every shift runs like a well-oiled machine.
You'll be:
- Leading and motivating a team of 15–40 hospitality superstars.
- Coaching, mentoring and training team members to bring out their best.
- Helping create an energetic, positive and fun workplace.
- Making sure our guests receive exceptional service every time.
- Helping the restaurant run smoothly during busy services.
- Supporting the management team with daily operations and administration.
- Handling guest feedback and turning challenges into great outcomes.
- Helping maintain strong Work Health & Safety and compliance standards.
- Jumping in wherever you're needed — because that's what great hospitality leaders do!
We're looking for someone who:
- Has at least 2 years' experience in restaurant supervision or management.
- Has experience leading teams of around 15–40 people.
- Is a natural leader who knows how to motivate a team.
- Has a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
- Has an outgoing, friendly and positive personality.
- Has good food and wine knowledge.
- Can handle a fast-paced, high-volume environment without losing their cool.
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Understands Work Health & Safety and hospitality compliance.
- Holds a current RSA

This is a full-time position and you'll need to be available to work a rotating 7-day roster, including weekends, evenings and public holidays where required.
You must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a visa with unrestricted full-time work rights in Australia.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
