What you'll be doing
The Administration Officer will provide high level administration support to the Drug & Alcohol Service General Stream Manager & Nurse Manager in line with current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.

You are a highly organised and motivated administration professional with experience supporting large and complex organisations in fast-paced, high-volume environments. You have a strong ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, and consistently deliver high-quality work within established timeframes.
Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills enable you to build positive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels, while your problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities allow you to respond effectively to challenges and contribute to positive workplace outcomes. You are a proactive team member who works collaboratively with colleagues while also demonstrating the initiative and confidence to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
With a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, you are confident in managing administrative processes, maintaining accurate records, preparing correspondence, and supporting efficient business operations. You thrive in demanding environments where attention to detail, adaptability, and strong organisational skills are essential, and you are committed to providing professional, customer-focused support that contributes to the achievement of organisational objectives.
