We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Support Workers to join our growing team across the Gold Coast.

About the Role
As a Support Worker with Bonte Care, you will assist NDIS participants with a variety of supports, including:
- Personal care
- Community access and social participation
- Transport to appointments and activities
- Domestic assistance and household tasks
- Skill development and capacity building
- Supporting participants to achieve their individual goals
Essential Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
- Current National Police Check
- Reliable vehicle with a current driver's licence and comprehensive insurance
- Availability to travel throughout all areas of the Gold Coast
Highly Regarded
The following qualifications will be viewed favourably:
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certificate
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- Previous experience working within the NDIS or disability support sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A caring, professional, and person-centred approach
