A bit about the role & what we'd love from you
- A hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced café environment
- Passionate about exceptional coffee, food, and creating memorable guest experiences
- Confident leading shifts, supporting team development, and setting the standard on the floor
- Experience with venue open and close procedures
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail across presentation, cleanliness, and service standards
- A natural people person who builds positive relationships with guests and team members alike
- Availability across weekdays, weekends, and Public Holidays
- Current RSA certification
